Lead Storage and Notifications: the contact fields you submit and, depending on the form, automation platform/status and workflow description, plus the source page, campaign attribution parameters, and timestamps, are stored so our team can review and respond to your inquiry. When you submit a lead, our team is notified internally so we can follow up with you. We retain only the lead details you provide; transient technical data used for security and anti-abuse checks is not retained.
Spam and Abuse Prevention: we use an automated challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) to reduce automated or fraudulent submissions. Cloudflare processes the verification under its own privacy terms.
Calendly Scheduling: after the form is submitted, we may display a Calendly booking widget. We prefill Calendly with the name, email, and tracking parameters you provided so you can schedule a call. If you complete a booking, Calendly receives the information you provide to it and processes it under Calendly's own privacy terms.
Meta Advertising Measurement: we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure visits, lead submissions, scheduling events, and rebuild or assessment CTA interactions with our website. These tools may receive permitted conversion event details, the page URL, technical data such as IP address and browser user agent, advertising identifiers where available, and a hashed form of your email address for lead and scheduling matching. We do not send your raw email address, workflow description, or form message text to Meta. Meta processes this information under its own privacy terms.

Current website operations involve our cloud hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), our team for lead follow-up, Calendly for scheduling, and Meta for permitted conversion measurement. Syncer may integrate with Google services (such as Google Sheets, Gmail, or Google Drive) to enable certain automation features. If you connect a Google account, we may request limited access to your Google user data strictly as required to perform actions you authorize within Syncer. We do not use or transfer this data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to your requested functionality. We also do not share or disclose Google user data to any third party except as necessary to provide the Service or comply with the law. If you revoke access or delete your Syncer account, associated Google user data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention policy.
Syncer's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
